Osae is the Deputy Director General of the Ghana Atomic Energy Commission (GAEC). Prior to his appointment in March 2016 he was the Director, National Nuclear Research Institute (NNRI) of GAEC after serving as the Head, Department of Chemistry, NNRI (2007-2011) and Vice Dean of the Graduate School of Nuclear and Allied Sciences, University of Ghana (2011-2012). Shiloh is a Geochemist and has been responsible for programmes to integrate Isotope hydrology in water resources assessment and management in Ghana since 2006 that led to the establishment of the Isotope Hydrology Laboratory at the GAEC.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
